Doing it Differently

This video shares the impact of the Doing it Differently Grants Initiative.  The Initiative is based on the idea that people can be made healthy by their communities, but they can also fall ill in their own communities. This focus on community is what should drive the way we plan and provide service provision. Doing it Differently (DID) is a grants initiative offered through a partnership between SESLHD and Bayside Council to the local community. The initiative aims to enhance social capital to improve community health and wellbeing.
